The circular economy is a new way of thinking about the environment that aims to design out waste and pollution by keeping products in use for long periods.

With the global fashion and textile industry under pressure from consumers and regulators to reduce the use of natural resources, it is essential that the supply chain shifts its sourcing method towards a circular system. In the case of wool, thanks to its "circular" properties, it becomes a renewable and biodegradable fibre.

These actions include brands, retailers and producers, as it is a change of mindset that benefits all those involved in the process, from the beginning (creator) to the end (consumers).

The realisation of the limitations of current textile production models has led us to seek new ways forward by looking for different alternatives such as fibre recycling. Instead of focusing solely on conventional methods, we have opted for the reuse of materials that would otherwise have been wasted.

The circular economy is based on the following principles:

  • using renewable resources
  • designing how to eliminate waste
  • keeping products and materials in use for a long time; and
  • regenerating natural systems.

Designing products by reusing materials so that they do not disappear after one use but last much longer has become one of our values.
